Domestic Shipping

Payment of Goods and Services

• We accept PayPal for merchandise, digital downloads, and subscriptions sold through this website. All PayPal transactions take place on web pages that utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This protects your personal data from prying electronic eyes and identity thieves.

• Kindle and printed books sold through Amazon are subject to the terms of their website.

• Digital media sold through Vimeo are subject to the terms of their website.

• For scheduled readings we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover from customers worldwide. A personal reading can be ordered through the booking buttons conveniently located throughout this website.

Delivery

We always do our best to ensure that your order will arrive on time. However, delivery dates are for reference only. They are not guaranteed when dependent on a third party carrier and we cannot guarantee the delivery standards of the postal service. In general, the majority of orders will arrive between the estimated arrival dates.

All card deck orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 10 business days. You may expect a longer delivery time of an additional 3-5 days on top of the normal transit time for remote areas.

If there is a high volume of orders (excluding card decks), shipments may also be delayed by a few days.  If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

* Deck orders are fulfilled by a third party and therefore cannot be shipped with any other merchandise.

If you are interested in purchasing multiple decks, please contact us via email before placing your order so that we may attempt

to provide the lowest shipping fees possible. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver card decks to post office boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Shipments will require a valid street address for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please monitor the transit of your package with this tracking number. If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it. However, once a package is listed as delivered by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for any missing or stolen packages.

Damaged

To ensure that your orders arrive to you damage free, we use well-insulated packing materials in strong and secure boxes which are specifically designed for transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds

All card deck and digital download sales are final. Purchases for other merchandise made via Amazon, Vimeo, or any other third party providers are subject to the guidelines of the respective websites.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and those third parties collect billing information to process your orders and credit card payments. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page before placing your order.

Orders
We request information from you on our order form and if we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. We may disclose website user's personal information to our business partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries to enable them to perform functions on our behalf. These business functions may include scheduling, order or service fulfillment, e-mail campaign provider, and/or credit card processing service. These companies are only permitted to share, store and/or use personal information for contracted business purposes. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
